王�S,女,博士,副教授,博士生导师,现任江苏大学化学化工学院应化系教师。2006年毕业于江苏大学化学化工学院应用化学专业毕业,获工学硕士学位;2010年毕业于江苏大学食品与生物工程学院食品科学专业毕业,获工学博士学位。主要从事食品和环境安全检测新技术与新方法,以及天然产物有效成分提取分离方向的研究工作。2010年至今,主持完成国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金,国家博士后基金,江苏省博士后基金各1项;参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,省部级课题3项;目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。
